In harmony with the core values of MAG and according to its operation structured on efficiency, clear lines of responsibility, quality execution of work and efficiency, right from the start the company endeavours to arrange a performance-based remuneration system connected to the provision of specific tasks for each commission. The overwhelming majority of the company's revenue has been generated on this basis since 2007. From the aspects of the system of interests and performance-based remuneration, the thorough mapping of internal support processes as well as the provision of service provider relations based on in-house contracts setting the pre-defined service level agreement were determining, which can serve as the basis for transparent, predictable and service-based settlement between the professional and support areas. The modern IT infrastructure supporting the company's internal processes has been constantly upgraded over the past three years.
