MAG international conference, 28-29.10.2010
The conference entitled “The role of SMEs in the programmes funded by the Structural Funds” was organised for the sixth time by MAG-Hungarian Economic Development Centre together with the European Commission on the planning and implementation of Operational Programmes for economic development.
The two-day international conference was opened by Tamás Fellegi, minister for national development and Nicholas Martyn, director general of the European Commission in charge of regional policy. The purpose of the conference was to promote the sharing of experience and good practices and to build relations between the European Commission, the Managing Authorities and Intermediary Bodies. The speakers of the conference were from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Great Britain and Germany.
