Combined Micro-Credit Programme - ECOP

In the New Széchenyi Plan special care is given to the development of micro-businesses and SMEs and increasing their role in the national economy. Within the SME sector, boosting the development of and provision of funds to micro-business are of outstanding significance in order to help them make major business progress with the help of minor grants.

The envisaged project will be financed from non-refundable grant, credit and own contribution, the total of these three amounts giving the Tender Project Value.

No less than HUF 1 million and no more than HUF 4 million may be granted as non-refundable support.No less than HUF 1 million and no more than HUF 8 million may be granted as refundable support.

In the framework of the combined micro-credit programme, the applicant must contribute at least 10% of the project value.

The amount granted as non-refundable support may not exceed the amount granted as refundable support.

This project also allows the procurement of assets, information technological development, and the purchase f or investment in real property.

It is of outstanding significance that the six different kinds of sources will be available in a simplified procedure, in a one-stop shop solution, within maximum 30 days.

Micro-businesses may have access to these funds through micro-financing organisations.
